A 2% discount will be applied to all yearly tuition paid in full in September.

A 5% discount will apply to families enrolling more than one child.

Payment Policy

1. All payments are due by the first class day of each month, October 1 through May 1. The September payment is due mid-August at your Conference / Orientation. For the Kindergarten / Kindergarten Enrichment Program, the first payment is due August 1.
   
   
2. Personal check or cash are acceptable forms of payment. A receipt from Happy Heart must be issued at the time a cash payment is made as verification of the payment. Any personal checks returned due to insufficient funds will be assessed an additional charge of $40. A check re-deposited and returned by the bank will be charged another $40.
   
   
3. A $20 Late Fee will be assessed to any account ten (10) days after the first day of the month if payment has not been made unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.
   
   
4. Failure to make one payment will result in immediate dismissal from the program.
